Maleeh Molstad
Where The Stars Shine Indigo Blue is Maleeh Molstad’s third published poetry book. Her other works include Sun Kissed Moon and Into the Golden Hour.
Maleeh’s love of poetry began at an early age when she was given a series of Dr. Seuss books by her grandmother. The ability Dr. Seuss had to engage the reader with rhyming words and humor made a lasting impression on Maleeh and her poetry.
Maleeh started her first book Sun Kissed Moon 25 years ago with a vision of writing poetry for the inner child within.
She wanted to write a book that could be enjoyed by all ages. She was inspired by a book she read as a young adult titled The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein.
Maleeh’s style of writing poetry with imagery and humor in Sun Kissed Moon was inspired by Shel and his works.
Maleeh’s second published poetry book is Into the Golden Hour. She wanted to write about the things that inspired her most. And uplift the human spirit while engaging the reader through imagery and rhyme. She enjoyed collaborating with her daughter, Lilah King who is the illustrator for this book.
Maleeh’s third published poetry book, Where the Stars Shine Indigo Blue is her final poetry book of the Sky Series. She enjoyed writing this book as it was inspired by her love of spirit, self-growth, family, nature, and her appreciation for the Earth, Sun, Stars, and Moon.
Maleeh hopes to inspire readers to continue to follow their passions and to enjoy this precious gift of life with a loving heart and an open mind.
